As a dedicated MSW student, my passion lies in advocating for the well-being of older individuals and raising awareness about the pervasive issue of ageism. Committed to creating a more inclusive and supportive society for the elderly, I am actively engaged in understanding and addressing their challenges. As a advocate for human rights and social justice, I have developed a deep appreciation for the unique needs of the geriatric population working with older adults and providing care at Lifespan's affiliated Hospitals such as, The Miriam Hospital and Rhode Island Hospital. I strive to shed light on the detrimental effects of ageism and empower older adults to lead fulfilling lives with dignity and purpose.
